Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Saudi national Key Account Manager to manage and grow our most important client relationships in the Kingdom. This role focuses on account strategy, upselling, and maintaining client satisfaction through close engagement and service delivery alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts across government and enterprise sectors
  • Build deep relationships with decision-makers and client stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Act as the voice of the client internally and ensure smooth delivery coordination
  • Conduct regular account reviews and renewal planning sessions

Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality and female candidate preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing or account management roles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the software/IT industry in KSA preferred
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to work from Riyadh
