Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting efforts and identify high-quality leads within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic with strong English skills, tech-savvy, and motivated to build relationships with decision-makers in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up tasks, and performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing to align outbound efforts with active campaigns
- Follow up on event attendees, campaign responses, and referrals
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or SaaS
- Arabic fluency is mandatory; good English proficiency required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel CRM, or similar
