About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned PEGA Developer to support an upcoming project with one of our mega enterprise partners, focused on enhancing an internal Email Service Management (ESM) system. The role requires hands on experience with PEGA applications deployed in an on premises environment (not cloud based). You will be responsible for implementing change requests, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the system runs smoothly within a secure, internally hosted infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PEGA applications in an on premises infrastructure
• Implement CRs related to case management, ticketing, and system integrations
• Work with internal servers and environments (no cloud hosting involved)
• Support PEGA L3 issues and performance troubleshooting
• Design and improve workflows: ticket routing, SLAs, notification controls, and reporting
• Collaborate with CRM teams to enable seamless system integration
• Ensure application security, data privacy, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on PEGA development with on premises deployments
• 5+ years in PEGA design and system architecture
• Strong expertise in building and managing case life cycles and service workflows
• Proven experience working in secure, internally hosted (non-cloud) environments
• PEGA L3 support experience
• PEGA certifications (CSSA or LSA preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
