As a Software Tester, your primary role will be to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications developed by the company. You will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues in the software, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

1- Test Planning: Collaborate with project managers and development teams to create detailed test plans, including test objectives, scope, strategies, and timelines.

2- Test Case Design: Develop test cases and test scenarios based on software requirements and design documents to thoroughly test the functionality of the software.

3- Test Execution: Conduct manual and automated tests to identify bugs, defects, and other issues in the software. Report and track defects in a systematic manner.

4- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.

5- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to assess the responsiveness, stability, and scalability of the software under different load conditions.

6- Compatibility Testing: Verify the compatibility of the software with various devices, operating systems, and browsers.

7- Documentation: Document test procedures, results, and other relevant information to maintain a record of the testing process.

8- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance software quality, efficiency, and testing methodologies.

9- Communication: Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to communicate testing progress and any critical issues.

Qualifications:

1- Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) can be advantageous.

2- Testing Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools.

3- Programming Knowledge: Basic programming skills to understand code and write automated test scripts (optional, but beneficial).

4- Analytical mindset: The ability to analyze complex systems and think critically to identify potential issues.

5- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to spot even minor defects and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

6- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders, as well as to document and report testing
