*Job Summary:*

The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) leads software project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. The TDM manages technical resources, coordinates with stakeholders, and maintains project quality.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Project Management:*

   - Oversee software projects from start to finish.

   - Develop and track project plans, schedules, and budgets.

   - Define project goals and deliverables with stakeholders.

2. *Team Leadership:*

   - Manage and guide development teams.

   - Ensure adherence to best practices and allocate resources.

3. *Client & Stakeholder Communication:*

   - Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

   - Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly.

4. *Technical Oversight:*

   - Ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.

   - Review and approve technical designs and resolve issues.

5. *Quality Assurance:*

   - Oversee testing and ensure product quality.

   - Implement continuous improvement processes.

6. *Risk Management:*

   - Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.

7. *Budget & Financial Management:*

   - Monitor and manage project budgets and costs.

8. *Agile/DevOps Practices:*

   - Lead Agile ceremonies and implement DevOps practices.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

- Technical expertise in software development, cloud platforms, Agile, and DevOps.

- Strong project management experience with tools like Jira and MS Project.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*Preferred Experience:*

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- 5+ years in software development or delivery management.

- Experience with cloud-native architectures.

- Project management certifications are a plus
